Where is DARTFROG from?

DARTFROG is an American Polish company with branches in Poland and the United States

Where is DARTFROG produced and is it environment friendly ?

All our products are created and produced only in Poland and US. The materials used by us and our suppliers come exclusively from Poland, Germany and the United States. Being a European company, we are subject to very strict rules when it comes to ecology and care for our employees. The use of recycled materials in production. The use of dyes that do not harm the environment and utilizing waste only in a regulated way is our small contribution to a better future of our planet. Good salaries, social care and favorable working conditions for our employees a better future for the people who make DARTFROG.

What is DARTFROGs ?

These frogs are considered one of the most toxic or poisonous species on Earth. They live in the rainforests of South America, but because of the irresponsibility of people and excessive deforestation as many species are threatened with extinction. Searching for our company namey, we have drawn attention to the fact that these frogs are beautiful, colorful, stand out from the background of everything that surrounds them, and are also very dangerous, i.e. exactly like our target group of customers

Returns & Exchanges

What is DARTFROG return policy ?

You can return the products within 14 days from the moment they were delivered to you. The products should be sent back without any sains, makeup leftovers, unwashed and unused. We reserve the right to keep 50% of the original price if the product is not returned in its original condition. You will recive full product price refound within 14 days from the moment we recive Your return.

The only exception are products marked with the heading "last pieces available" usually you can buy them at the lowest possible prices much below our production cost, in the case of returning the product with such a mark, we will charge 40% of the purchase cost as a restocking fee.

How do You return an item ?

Unfortunatly, we can't provide free returns yet. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost, Therefor, choose a shipping provider that's most affordable for You.

ADVICE: (use only services, that allow you to track your parcel, if the package does not come to us and we don't have any tracking number there is no way we can find it, and accept Your return)

• We will refund Your money within 14 working days from the moment the package is delivered to us.

Is it possible to exchange products You buy ?

Of course it is and we will do everything we can to make the process as easy and quick as possible.

How do You exchange your items ?

• post a parcel at the post office or with the help of a service that is convenient for You

• fill out the form on the exchange for on our website, make sure You fill in all the information (exchange form)

• as soon as we receive replacement products from you, we will send new ones immediately

What should You do, if You get a damaged or defective item ?

Our number one priority is the quality of our products, but mistakes can happen to anyone. If something is wrong with your product please follow the instruction below:

• take a picture of the damaged product 

• fill in the form exchange form

• our customer service will take care of your issue within 48 houres and give You further instructions

Can You return an item in person ?

Unfortunately, we do not have any stores yet to return items in person. Therefore, please send your return as a package to our distribution center in Poland or in the USA

How much does shipping cost ?

United States - 6,9 USD

Other countries - 9,9 USD

absolutely ZERO, if You order for more than 79 USD and in this case does not matter where You live 

How fast do we ship orders ?

It takes about 1-3 business days until we ship, Your order.

We ship our products from Monday to Friday and please note that orders placed after 2 pm, on Friday or over the weekend will ship on the beginning of the next week.

On special occasions like the launch of a new collection or Sale campaigns, shipping might take up to 2 weeks (usully when we have to import products from our European location), but if it happens You will be informed right away.

How long will it take for my order to arrive ?

Values ​​given are according to our experiences and slightly longer than official ones given by the carrier. 

• UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: 3-8 days once it has shipped (read the note below)

• EUROPE: 3-8 days once it has shipped

• CANADA: 4-14 days once it has shipped (read the note below)

• AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND: 7-21 days once it has shipped

• ASIA: 7-21 days once it has shipped

• SOUTH AMERICA: 7-21bdays once it has shipped

• AFRICA: 7-21 days once it has shipped

NOTE: The United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia and New Zealand are serviced by the DARTFROG USA, however, sometimes it happens that stocks in our US wearhouse do not allow us to carry out delivery in the five indicated countries, then the parcels are sent from Europe, which does not cause any complications beside the extended to about 7 business days period delivery.

How will You know when your order has been shipped ?

Once your order was registered by a currier, you will receive a confirmation email.

What should You do, if Your package hasn't arived ?

please contact the shipping provider for more information on your order. It’s usually just a small issue that can be taken care of right away. Sometimes it happens that the delivery address was wrong or the package was damaged and the package is being sent back to us. If that should be the case with your order please just contact us through the contact form and give us a quick update on the status of your package. We will help you right away and the main thing DO NOT WORRY we will solve the problem and deffinitly will not leave You with nothing ;-)

About Your Order

Can I change my order ?

You can make changes up to one hour after placing the order, to do this, contact us via email store@dartfrogwear.com o and describe what should be changed, in response you will receive confirmation from our customer service with the confirmation of the change.

Can I cancel My Order?

In case you want to cancel your order please get in touch with us with the contact form. We will then check if cancellation is still possible. Once your package has shipped we can not cancel it anymore.

Can I change the delivery address of my order ?

Yes, we can change the delivery address as long as it hasn’t been packed and shipped yet. Please get in touch with us using email: store@dartfrogwear.com 

Do You have some problems with Your discount code ?

If you have issues with your code please contact us via Messanger on our site or in the most convinient way and we will be happy to help You with any issue.

Can You become DARTFROG's ambasador ?

As you may have noticed on our social profiles, most of the materials we post come from our clients and we are very proud of it, but we avoid the word ambassador and we prefer #dartfroggirls anyway to become one of our girls, take a photo in our clothes, use our tag on your profile and we will definitely repay you for You kindnes and help.

Can I purchase a VOUCHER ?

Of course, but only in e-version, it might be made exclusivly for You and sent to the email address You will choose, before it's send You will get a copy for a approval.
